Welcome to Energy Services 
Oklahoma State University owns the facilities and equipment that produce heating, cooling, and domestic water for the majority of Campus. OSU also owns the distribution systems for produced utilities, natural gas, storm and sanitary sewers, raw water, and medium and low voltage electrical. The utility production and distribution systems are managed and maintained by Energy Services, a Facilities Management department, with 83 full-time staff. Energy Services is comprised of the following areas: Engineering, Geospatial Systems, Energy Management and Sustainability, Utility Production, and Utility and Electrical Distribution. 
 
MISSION: Provide reliable, uninterrupted utility services to our customers, and foster University-wide sustainable stewardship of energy resources.
VISION: Strengthen OSU’s mission by setting the standard of excellence in utility production and distribution, and energy management and sustainability.
